The site we had was 13 which was a premium motorhome/caravan site. Due to the sharp of the site and its size it's hard for us to open up our awning.

Most of the sites are a bit small and quite expensive (over $100 per night).

However this is the only campsite walking distance to Russell town so there isn't a lot of choices.

Bathroom were a little tired but it's always in clean condition.

PS the positives in staying in the premium sites is that it's up the hill and very quiet... we even saw a wild weka

Such a lovely spot to stop. We parked our Motorhome and enjoyed the facilities. Lovely staff, great location and the kitchens and bathrooms were well provisioned and super clean.

The camping is good very clean well kept facility but too expensive compared to other grounds and cabins in the far north

We had a bay view studio, not cheap but the unit was superb, with outrageous views across the bay and back to Pahia - worth every cent

We recently spent 3 nights in one of the studio units. The check in was so easy, we were welcomed to the camp by Beth who made our stay extremely stress free. The unit was very clean and tidy, the park grounds were exceptional and well maintained. If you are travelling to the Bay of Islands then you have to make the effort to stay at the Top 10 in Russell. We will definitely be back.

Such a great location and easy going place. Was very busy as we went just after new years but never had to wait for a shower etc. utilities are great and well maintained. Will be back.

We stayed here on a family camping trip for one week.
The campground has lovely tropical gardens and has an abundance of wild bird life.

The pros: the staff! Very friendly & helpful, every interaction i had with a staff member was positive.
The cleanliness of the facilities, the bathrooms & kitchens were always clean, despite the campground being pretty full & busy.
The sites - decent sized, in good condition & reasonably flat.
The location, short walk into Russell waterfront, a bit more of a trek to long beach.
The cons: the price. We're top 10 members & camp a lot, and I thought it was kind of expensive, but soon learned pretty much everything in Russell is!
There isn't as much to do for the kids as other campsites, we had a few complaints of boredom.
The up-hill walk to the toilet!
Overall enjoyed our stay & it's a solid choice of campground.

Had the best time at the Russell Top 10! Stayed in one of the villas, it was beautifully clean and had everything we needed with a gorgeous view. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. Only a short walk into town and the beach! Thank you very much to all the staff at the campground for making our time in Russell so amazing 💕

First up if you are driving to the campsite take the ferry and don’t be an idiot like us driving the horrendous gravel mountain road 😂 brilliant campsite we had the seaview camper pitch - worth paying extra for. Fantastic amenities and loads of stuff for children to do they were all stood around the jumping pillow in the morning eagerly waiting for it to be blown up. Super close to the beach, great restaurants and bars.

Très contente de mon passage dans ce camping. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait, c'était propre, rien à redire si ce n'est la bonne montée pour aller jusqu'aux sanitaires / cuisine / laverie, mais le terrain est comme ça. Calme et juste à côté du centre. Je recommande avec plaisir.

Emplacement impeccable avec tout à proximité à pieds. Wifi nickel. Douches et toilettes impeccables. La fille de la réception a été adorable lors du check in et chaque fois que nous l’avons croisé. Le seul bémol est la distance à parcourir pour aller aux toilettes qui se situent en haut d’une petite Coline ce qui n’est pas idéal pour les envies pressantes nocturnes mais outre cela nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

I had a fantastic stay at Russell TOP 10 Holiday Park. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to help, making you feel truly welcome. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and the amenities on site were excellent. The location is absolutely beautiful – a perfect base to explore Russell and the surrounding area. I would happily recommend this holiday park to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-run place to stay. Thanks for all that you do to support the BOI Music Festivals.

Came for one night but stayed for 3 such was our experience staying in this lovely camp. Excellent clean facilities and a short wander into town or Long Beach which is a must. Just wish I had taken my togs to the latter as it appeared warm enough to swim in July!

Our family has camped at Russell Top 10 many times over the years. We have always had an great holiday and have enjoyed the wonderful facilities. Russell Top 10 is in a fantastic location - a 5 min walk into Russell for great cafes, fishing off the wharf, a fancy dinner at the Duke of Marlborough and the Hole in the Rock cruise. Just short walk or drive over the hill you'll find Long Beach - great for safe swimmng, snorkelling, kayaking and fishing which managed to keep our now 17 year old entertained for many hours. Make the most of the opportunity to walk over to Long Beach first thing in the morning for a quiet dip and a great coffee! We will be back!

Solid camp spot. Has the amenities you would expect from a top 10. I appreciated that even the picnic tables were wiped off.

some of the burners didn’t work right in the kitchen which was a bit frustrating.

Fantastic location

Stayed on a powered dog friendly site which was all as expected.
Great location but unfortunately the reception we received was less than warm. Got the feeling that we were putting them out even though the park was not busy.
Love Russell and will be back, regardless.
